Booking

To finalise your booking you need to complete the booking form along with your deposit of 25% of the tour cost per person (for tours up to 10 weeks) and £1000 deposit for Trans Africa sections or Nile sections; or the full payment if it is less than eight (8) weeks before departure or, for the Trans Africa and sections, twelve (12) weeks before departure.

Please note; we will confirm your booking within two working days. Please do not go ahead and buy flight etc, until you receive our confirmation.

The Local Payment is paid to your driver at the start of the trip. Do not include it with the payment you send us. Upon receiving your booking, we will send out confirmation that you are booked on the trip you require. This tour remains subject to final confirmation from us. We have complete dossiers on each trip if you require one e-mailed to you before booking (or print it off the trip page). These dossiers contain what to take and wear, visa and vaccination information etc. and should answer most of your questions.
